Sandra and Tony Pascall along with their 2 children Albert and Harriet welcome you to The Swan Guest House. We are situated in a prime position just 100 yds from the seafront, shopping and picturesque Marine Park Gardens. Only a few minutes walk from the town centre and within easy walking distance of several well known restaurants.
All rooms are comfortably furnished with hot and cold water, colour TV, tea & coffee making facilities, shaver points and clock radios.

Prices & How to Book
Bed and full English breakfast costs from £30.00 per person per night. Please note that we have reduced rates for stays of 7 nights or longer. A deposit of £20.00 per person will be required. We accept all major credit and debit cards (there is a minimal charge for this service).

Accessibility
All our rooms are are located on the first and second floors and we do not have a lift. There are 15 standard carpeted steps up to our first floor and there are hand rails on both sides of our staircases. We accept guide dogs for both visually and hearing impared guests and we have a basic knowledge of sign language.
